Sandy Owens joined FSB in 1996, bringing over eight years of banking experience with her. Sandy is a native of Randolph and graduated from Randolph Public High. She then obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance from Doane College. Sandy is currently a Vice-President of the bank and handles responsibilities primarily in the lending department including real estate, agricultural and consumer lending. Sandy especially enjoys the personal relationships that have developed with her clients over the past several years.
